Richard E (Dick) Decker is one of the pioneers and experts in the Industry. He brings to Martin Plant Services over 32 years of senior executive leadership and experience in the integrated supply industry. Prior to joining MPS, one of Dick's many contributions to the Industry was Vice President of Industrial Distribution Group's Flexible Procurement Solutions where he spearheaded the development and growth of that company's integrated supply division, its operations and the main developer of its' storeroom management systems softweare. Dick has chaired and has been involved in many of the Industry's executive discussion panels and continues to drive the model development to attain optimum performance of the Integrated Supply Model.
